They run from 5 and 10 minutes to 20 minutes. Their aim is to bring us into connection with peace. We connect our attention to our subtle system, subtle energy centers, (Chakras) and our nervous system. We recommend sitting somewhere comfortable and allowing 20 minutes to relax, recharge and renew. There are also some shorter, 5 minute meditations for our busy, busy lives.
